Cawley Partners is a privately held Dallas-based commercial real estate firm with more than 30 years of focus on the DFW market and over 15 million square feet developed, led by Chairman and CEO Bill Cawley and President Brian Neitzel. Waterwood Capital Group acquired an ownership position in 2026 alongside Cawley Partners in The Centrum, a 400,372-square-foot Class-A office and retail tower in Dallas's Turtle Creek submarket. Cawley has managed and leased the building since 2018 and has relocated its own headquarters there.
